2013 NATIONAL BLACK RIBBON DAY COMMEMORATIONS

   

TORONTO, ONTARIO - The Central and Eastern European Council of Canada, representing nearly 4 million Canadians of European heritage, has announced locations for National Black Ribbon Day commemorations taking place on August 23, 2013 in cities across Canada.


 

Black Ribbon Day Commemorations are taking place in:

Ottawa:       Friday, August 23, 2013

                            Site of the future Memorial for the Victims of Communism
